Opti-Wave Drift Eliminator is an extruded PVC sine wave profile, 50 mm thick, with upper and lower edges reinforced to provide extra stiffness for long spans with minimum deflection.

 

Opti-Wave drift modules are assembled using spacers designed to secure the wave sections uniformly spaced at 2" increments.  The wave spacers attach together with an integral locking feature that holds the assembled module rigid and secure.  Assembly of the finished module is fast and efficient.

Opti-Wave profiles come in any length, and are manufactured of rigid PVC.  The Opti-Wave spacers are manufactured from high density polyethylene.

The Opti-Wave Drift Eliminator is designed primarily for counterflow towers with air velocities up to 600 fpm.  Maximum drift rate is .02%.

For crossflow installations, the wave spacer is perforated to permit drainage of the accumulated drift back into the fill section.  Maximum drift is .02% at 550 fpm.
