Opti-Pac 1900 media is manufactured from rigid PVC sheets for cooling tower heat transfer applications. The media is fabricated from corrugated PVC sheets that are resistant to UV, rot, fungus and organic and inorganic solvents, acids and alkalis and chemicals normally found in cooling tower waters.

Modules are fabricated in 12" or 24" depths, 12" to 24" widths, and in lengths up to 10'-0" in 2' increments. Custom dimension modules are available upon request.

Standard sheet mil thicknesses are 10 mil and 15 mil after forming.

Notes: Opti-Pac 1900 is manufactured from rigid PVS sheet stock that meets CTI Specification STD-136 (88), with UV inhibitor added. Standard thicknesses are 10 mil and 15 mil after forming. Other mils are available upon request. Standard module dimensions are 12" or 24" deep x 12" wide.  Module lengths are from 4'-0" to 10'-0".
